Full Description
A charming and original mid-17th century oak spice cabinet with parquetry inlay to the top, sides and front and sitting on small bun feet - works well as a table cabinet and could also be wall hung.
The fall opening to reveal six drawers each inlaid with foliate designs and with original cast handles.
The cabinet retaining its original lock and key and is dated inside the fall ‘1651’.
A fine, authentic example.
