Full Description

A fine and very comfortable George II wing armchair newly
upholstered and on the market for the first time in generations having
been released from a private estate. Made in around 1740 and in superb
original condition with oak cabriole legs and ball and claw carved feet
with acanthus carved knees. The rear legs chamfered and tapered.
Extremely robust and heavy with no wobbles or loose joints. No
woodworm, repairs or later timbers.

A beautiful and all original early Georgian chair of exceptional comfort and quality.
